The first time I heard, I was confused how to start making. However, after seeing a number of references, I will begin to understand. Besides that, I also searched for terms used in the vlog script. In my vlog script, I took the theme of how to treat facial skin. I take this theme because I think this is very important, of course for girls. How to Make SEBLAK ❓❓❓ It's quite simple and easyπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ


Welcome to my first cooking blog 😁

This time I'll share "Seblak Cooking Recipes" because I love cooking (and eating).
Let's see 


Yield: 2 portions

First, you should prepare some ingredients below :

 Ingredients :
1. Raw starch crackers (150 grams)
2. Meatballs (optional)
3. Button mushrooms (optional)
4. Red chili (4 items  / optional)
5. Cayenne (4 items / optional)
6. Pepper (optional)
7. Salt (1/2 tablespoon)
8. Sugar (1 teaspoon)
9. Macaroni (optional)
10. Leeks (optional)
11. Kencur (1/2 segment)
12. Water (2 small glasses)
13. Garlic  (1 item)
14. Onion (1 item)
15. Egg (1 item)


Directions :

1. Wash the crackers and soak them in water until the crackers soften. Then, put it in a dry bowl.


2. Prepare the chili. Place it in the pestle (traditional grinder) and mash until smooth.


3. If it is smooth, add red onion, garlic, kencur, and pepper. Surely, you have to mash it until smooth and let the mix ingredients in the pestle.


4. Turn on the frying pan and add blueband margarine (optional)


6. Crack an egg on the frying pan. Then scramble it until blended.


7. Add the mix ingredients and stir until it is combined.


8. Enter 2 cups of water.Stir and wait for it to simmer on the stove. 


9. If it is boiling, add mushrooms and meatballs. Stir it well.


10. Add salt and sugar. 


 

11. Then, add crackers and macaroni.

12. Stir it well and wait until it is simmering.


13. After boiling, put it in a bowl and the dish is ready to eat!!!πŸ’žπŸ’žπŸ’ž
The taste of this dish is salty and slightly sweet.



Tips :

1. You can replace the topping according to your taste. The example you can replace meatballs with sausage, shredded chicken, squid, shrimp, and whatever you want.
2. Keep the stove on the medium heat.
3. If you don't like the spicy taste, I suggest not to add cayenne and pepper. You can replace it with non-spicy chili.
4. It's okay if you don't use margarine. You can replace it with cooking oil. But it's better if you use margarine because the taste will be more savory.

For me, yes I'm using it, but mostly I just open whatsapp. Bcs I think whatsapp is very simple.

So yup, being a committee is very busy, we must connect with all of the people and sometimes we must connect with some lecturers to make sure that the show is going well.

This sentence is wrong. It should be "You, he and I will do it together."

Good and well is different.

Good is an adjective to explain a noun or pronoun  that can form another person or noun. As an adjective , it can either occupy a position before a noun, or after connecting a verb (verb becomes a verb or sensation (taste, appearance, taste, smell)).
Ex : His father is a good English teacher
Your presentation was good
This soup tastes good.

Well often used as an adverb that explains how someone or something does something.
Ex : You did well in the interview
Don’t worry. All is well.

3. "Why did you do that???" 


This sentence is wrong. It should be " Tell me why you did that. "

My First Diary!!! - "Family is Everything" πŸ‘¨πŸ‘©πŸ‘§πŸ‘§

 Today I woke up at 5 am and immediately went to morning prayers. After that I lied in my room because I felt so tired after came back home from my boarding house in Jogja. At 6 o'clock, my mother and I went to the market to bought our cooking needs. We would like to cook a special one because my father came home from Jakarta after 2 months we did not meet. 

 My father works in Jakarta and usually returns home every two weeks. But this time it was very long because my father had to take care of the hotel project in one of the old city areas. My mother and I only went to the market together because my sister (Titan) had not been awake (pfffft). 

 After returning from the market we started to cook Mun Tofu. The ingredients are effortless to obtain, such as : 
1. Ornstarch
2. Garlic
3. Chili
4. Lime leave
5. Leeks
6. Shrimp
6. Mushrooms
7. Pepper
8. Oyster sauce
9. Sugar

 After that we cooked a second dish, Zuppa Soup. The ingredients are 
1. Minced meat
2. Button mushrooms
3. Cheese
4. Milk
5. Onions
6. Garlic
7. Pepper
8. Salt
9. Cornstarch
10. Wheat flour
11. Margarine
12. Carrots
13. Corn
14. Eggs

  After a while, my father woke up because smell our cooking. Then we ate together and we talked to each other about our experiences after an extensive time.

 "Today is a very happy day and I hope every day will be like today."

Sending a Postcard to my Bestieee!!! πŸ’ŸπŸ’Ÿ

Hey hey hey, I come baaack πŸ‘€πŸ˜€ 
In this post I would share my experience sending a postcard to my friend.
And yup! I have a task from my lecturer to send a postcard to foreigner. BUT,  I can't find someone who wants to accept my postcard, because they feel unsafe if they give their address to someone who is new person. Even though I have a problem, that's no matter. So, I decide to send my postcard to my beeeeest friend in Semarang. 
Her name is Puri Tyas Kusuma Awangi. I have known her since we were in kindergarten. She is a loyal friend. We are always together whenever and wherever. We often spend time together. We also took math lessons at home. However, we separated when we were in high school. I have to move and I visit her once every year. But until now, I have not met her because we are busy with college. Now she is studying in Semarang State Polytechnic. I miss her so much. Yes, maybe this postcard can treat my longing for her. "The greatest gift of life is friendship, and I have received it.” Hope we can meet as soon as possible. LuvluvπŸ’–πŸ’–

On Saturday I was accompanied by my mother to the post office. I think sending a postcard is difficult as it must be the signature of the sender and others.But guess what? Sending a postcard is very very very eaaaasssy. I just handed my postcard to the officer and paid Rp.3000,00 to buy stamps.
