Syifa, your first sentence should be "my previous email hasn't been replied" it's more fit the current situation
BalasHapusI don't think that you need to write "i got the address from...." Cause its not necessary, but if its helping you, i think its fine
BalasHapusSyifa, I think it will be more polite if you write "I hope you could tell me some information about:..." and " I would be grateful if you could send me the reply to this email."
